Need Lap Band Buddy / Mentor Pre-op stage

Hi, I am just beginning my journey and would love to have a Buddy/mentor to chat with.

I have my nurse, surgeon, & psych consults all scheduled on June 4th. (I live 70 miles from my chosen surgery center.) I'm 99.9% sure once they submit for insurance approval I'll be told I need a 6 mo medically supervised diet, so that puts me having surgery in early 2011.

I'm a married SAHM with four kids. I live in NW Washington State, will be banded in Everett. I am 5' currently weigh about 225. Looking to lose 100lbs.
