I started my journey in May, 2010 by attending an information seminar. There were only 2 other people besides me, the surgeon, and a banded clinic employee. I had consults with a nurse, the surgeon, and psychologist all on June 4th. I received notification of insurance approval on July 8th and I am scheduled to be banded on August 9th!
