Im getting banded feb 26th:thumbup:

yes, i had my surgery feb 3. it's been just over 2 weeks now, and i'm looking forward to my first fill soon since i'm not really feeling any restriction. i'm also still healing so i can't wait to just feel normal again and for my incisions to close up completely. wondering how others are doing this month??

I got banded on the 23rd. I've lost 10 lbs since the surgery (24 if you count the pre-op diet.) I get my first fill on the 22nd of March. So far, so good.

I was banded on Feb. 8th and have lost 31 pounds so far. I have had some complications with my incisions but otherwise I am doing ok as far as eating, etc. I have not had a fill yet, I am not due for one until March 31st. I am still on the stage 4 diet (pureed/ground foods). How is everyone else doing with their diets?

I also got my band on the 8th. Im feeling really good...back to work..going to the gym...eating healthy...im loving it.

I had my surgery Feb 22 2010..Been eating healthy and I don't go back to the doctor until 6-1-10 my doctor is far behind Hope I can keep this going on my own.

Hi !! I just found this place (Feb 10 Banders)...I post mainly in the Sixties Forum(cause I an 62 ) or the Australian support group.....

I was banded on 24th Feb and feel great...I started to diet on Feb 1st my weight was 118kilo`s I am now down to 106kilos and have averaged 1kilo a week since the operation...

Had no problems with any of the diet stages 1 week liquids 2 weeks mushies now I eat normal food in small portions (bread and butter size plate for dinner) Small mouthfuls chew chew chew ....I feel like a rabbit but I must be doing something right as I haven`t had any pain or gaging ..fingers crossed it stays that way..

I will pop in here as well as on the other 2 forums I visit now...

I hope everyone is doing well..

Goodnight from downunder have a great Wednesday (Hump Day) those on the other side of the globe...

Just found this one, I had my band Feb,4 2010, I was doing great lost 17 lbs 6 weeks after surgery, had 25 mpre to go and got sick and had to have some fluid removed twice and waited a long time before the Dr, would fill me again, it's been 10 months and gaining weight, lost good with the diet, but just had a fill and lost 11 lbs from 10 months ago, gained 30 lbs back after fluid removed, trying to get reband or my band has scratched and moved side ways.
