  5. Im 20 and looking in to having the lapband. I think it would be better to do it young. 1- you heal faster when your younger. 2- you dont keep gaining weight. 3- you health will improve instead of decline. I just hope when i go to my doctor in december he will agree with me. My dad is inline with me but everyone else just thinks im over weight because i eat wrong or i dont exercise. That is bologna b/c i used to run 5 miles a day and i still am overweight. Anyway hope yours goes well and mine will too!
