Success in losing regained weight
I'm currently in the process of losing regained weight (20 lbs) I've already lost 10. I lowered my calories to 1200-1400 and make sure I get in at least 60g protien. So far it's been working. Good luck

My new way of living
WEEKLY UPDATE I did ok this week. As far as the scale goes I did lose 1 lb at the very beginning of the week. Being that I'm about to start my period, I'm hoping that I actually lost more ( I typically gain 2 lbs right before that goes down within a couple of days)I mostly stuck to my calorie and macros goals. Some days were higher than I wanted. But i did learn some things #1 meal prep is very important, I found myself constantly grabbing something to eat until I would have time to prepare a proper meal #2 sleep is very important. I've always struggled with sleep issues. I go into bed late and than still suffer from insomnia and I wake up in middle of the night. I only averaged 4.5 hours a night! #3 motivation motivation motivation!!! The days I felt motivated through exercise or scrolling through BP it was easier to stay focused and eat right. Stats: 29 months PO/ 5'2" / CW 175.4 Goals for this week #1 Somehow get more sleep #2 stay under 1200 cals #3 meal prep and plan #4 make it to the gym more #5 stay motivated and keep going!!! Edit- I forgot to mention my fluid intake wasn't that great either which could be contributing to my hunger/ snacking problem Goal #6 get in 64 oz of water

3 days post OP- nausea, dry heaving, incision pain, not eating...
I didn't have anything besides for clear liquids until day 6. Day 3 was probably the hardest as far as pain and nausea. Just focus on keeping hydrated and healing for now.

Meal prep
Thanks for advice. The only day I have time to meal prep is sunday. So if I make salmon or beef how long will it stay in fridge? Can I eat on Thursday? I know most of my "food not being fresh" is a mental thing and I'm working on it.

Issues still...
What did the dr say? At this point out you shouldn't have such a hard time keeping things down. Unless you are taking too much at a time

Meal prep
Any experienced meal preppers out there? I'm struggling with preparing meals. I very picky and like my food freshly made(seriously if the milk was out on the counter more than a hour, or the bag of something wasn't opened that day... its terrible). But what often happens is I get busy and since I don't have time to cook I'll snack throughout the day and than cook my dinner late at night by than I'm tight on my calorie budget. Also it's not the greatest idea to eat so late at night.... so any tips or ideas for me? When do you meal prep? How long does the food stay fresh... Thanks in advance

February 2019 weight loss buds
Yup when I get a cold I tend to get very hungry. I think it's a combination of 2 things #1 when your congested you don't taste the food as much so your brain doesn't realize how much you eat #2 whenever I'm tired or don't sleep well my body needs energy so sometimes i feel like I should eat something for energy

Daily Menus for Maintenance
Wednesday Jan 2 28 months PO / 5'2" / last weight 175 -------------------------------------------------------------------- I didn't go on the scale past 3 days because I typically gain 2-3 lbs before my period, which is due in 3 days. My new way of living
I'm happy to report that I'm down another lb CW 175.4. I've lost a total of 9 lbs the past 3 weeks getting back on track!!!! I'm happy that I am able to lose at 1200 cals. I'm hoping i won't have to lower my cals as I've seen that many ppl don't lose over 800 cals. I workout a lot and I'm pretty young so maybe I'll get away with 1200.

Intermittent Fasting Daily Menu/Results/Accountability
That's the problem I cant stand it black. And when I skip a coffee I and up with major migraines. I'm considering trying to do a 20 hour fast once a week. Maybe I'll just have to force down some black coffee.

got a question for experienced sleevcers????
Agree with GradyCat, I wouldn't suggest upping calories just yet. Now would be a perfect time to start going to the gym
