got a question for experienced sleevcers????

I'm almost 8 weeks out . I was wondering if I should hit the gym now and if so should I up my calories and protein or anything? i'm getting in 80 grams of protein ,64 oz or more of water and 800-900 calories some days and 500-700 some days. I want to continue to lose and I want to build mass so I can prevent some sagging skin.... please advise ,,,,,

  • Yes, go ahead and hit the gym, but don't ramp up your calories. Keeping up the good work getting up in your protein and water. Stick between 600-800 calories for now.

Agree with GradyCat, I wouldn't suggest upping calories just yet. Now would be a perfect time to start going to the gym
