  3. Not familiar. I used Dr. Tiffany Jessee in st pete. she is the BEST!
  4. 3 meals and two snacks here too. I mostly snack on yogurt or sugar free jello. I have had some nuts and a fruit too. grapefruits if I need citrus.
  5. 200 is my goal! a bit high too but at my height I think that is enough! looking great!
  6. I have only felt 'overfull' on two occasions and it was that one more bite that put me over the edge. it was one of those things I knew but I did it anyway,. I struggle with visual vs weight of portions. I need to go back to weighing them.
  7. I was lucky that once I got my insurance approval it went pretty quick. what took FOREVER was the 6 months supervised diet I was required to do.
  8. they look good but too many carbs for me!
  9. Doc gave me the OK as long at it doesn't bloat me or make me sick. I have had ZERO issues eating, drinking, no nausea, and most days I struggle to get in my allotted calorie count. I feel very lucky in that regard. Just have to figure out what I am doing that has made me stall!
  10. Yep, I had to go thru a 6 month supervised diet with my primary before I could be approved. plenty of time to think it over lol
  11. 4 days postop I ended back in the hospital with low potassium and dehydration. I cut them in 3rds and freeze them then puree with a bit of almond milk, basically like banana ice cream. I put a scoop in my protein drink each morning.
  12. looks yummy except for the tomatoes lol I need to add some veggies to my breakfast plates. I have been scrambling a half dozen eggs every few days so I can heat them in a hurry in the AM and I usually grab some cheese or sliced turkey or rotisserie chicken for extra protein.
  13. I really miss IF......I have done it periodically the past year. My doc has recommended I wait a bit to be sure I am getting my nutrients!

  15. I have hit the wall....stalled for the second week. but I have been slipping a bit. back on track today after weighing in today and showing only a loss of 1lb for the past two weeks. going to get back of diet COKE! I was so excited when it did not blow up my tummy but NO MORE
  16. could be low potassium as well. try some powerade Zero or mix a banana in your protein.
  17. my goal is 850-1000 as well and most days I struggle to meet that!
  18. So far me either. everything has been smooth. I do get nauseous if I overeat. was up last night with horrible stomach ache due to that very thing!
  19. YES and it is has HUGE potential to replace lots of other things you love but aren't supposed to eat. like loaded mashed potatoes......used the cauliflower.
  20. I am at the 3 week stall in week 9 LOL I did not gain/lose anything this past week. very frustrated but I also ate Chinese food which probably has me holding water! Chin up...we all lose differently. check with your doctor.
  21. B12 is your friend! I take 5000mcg daily in addition to my regular vitamins.
  22. my doc has me on omeprazole daily for the first year. 40mg
