Very low again
Could very well be hormonal changes, could be depression. I too suffer from anxiety and depression. I take Lexapro daily and Buspirone as needed for anxiety. I have been surprised and how little I need the anxiety meds since surgery. Please reach out to your doctor just to be safe. HUGS to you!

Migraines after surgery? First aura
Knock on wood, I had surgery 121118 and have had no migraines since. They started as a teenager, mostly menstrual, less since menopause but I have a lot of food triggers too and I'm not eating most of those foods.

Stress and poor food choices
been having similar issues with my 11yr old special needs kiddo. he has been off his meds for two weeks and super aggressive. I have the bruises to prove it. I gained 3lb last week, my first gain since surgery, and I know it is because I have been stress eating. give yourself a break, take a deep breath and get back in the game mama! you got this!

Breakthrough! Women 48 to 55 - MUST READ
I have not had to take nay hormones, after going thru menopause in my late 40's. I probably wouldn't anyway due to high risk for breast cancer in my family. I do however take black cohosh for my hot flashes and have noticed it does not work as well as it used to. I am wondering if the sleeve is keeping e from absorbing it properly?

Stomach flab.

Preparing for 2 week liquid diet?
I did not have to do full liquids, but two protein shakes a day and a small midday meal (4ozs). It is hard, but you can do diet juices, flavored waters, etc.

Goal Weight
working out early on helps with the loose skin initially but if you lose a lot then plastic surgery is the only way to get rid of all of it. some insurances will cover it, but you must document any issues it is causing you so be sure to tell your doc if you have any skin irritations, fungus, chafing, etc. all that goes a long way towards getting it covered.

Did your voice change?
I am in week 9 post op. I noticed it almost immediately but thought it would go back to normal. I just figured it was irritation from tubes/anesthesia etc. I have always had a pretty masculine sounding voice, get called SIR on the phone all the time. it is def more feminine and mellow.

Did your voice change?
So has anyone noticed that the tone of their voice is different since surgery? I also had a hiatal hernia repair but not sure that would have made a difference? It is weird, like an octave higher than it was.
