  1. I love lifting but cannot get to a gym right now. in my 20's I was an amateur bodybuilder. many moons ago. I hope to get into a seniors weight class!
  2. LOL the worst for me is PLANKS with my belly sag on the floor LOL

  4. I am anxiously awaiting my new sports bras so I can get back to running. even with two on it got too painful. mine are all WAAY too big
  5. I use gold bond powder and also antiperspirant. if I do end up with fungus I use nystatin
  6. i did the free week trial but it was not for me. too pricey for what it is I think.
  7. My doc had me cut my BP meds in half immediately after my surgery (sleeve) and took me off at my 6 month checkup. I did end up in hospital a week after surgery for low BP and potassium. PLEASE don't give up. see your GP and keep pushing to get some answers!
  8. I worry about the absorption since I went to vitamin capsules. had a blood draw on sunday and have my 3month post op the 13th so interested to see what my levels are.

  11. I was supposed to lose 5 but I lost 8. It was two weeks, protein shake for bfast/dinner and salad w/protein for lunch. NO SNACKS and lots of water.

  15. That is great! I used Dr. Tiffany Jessee at Suncoast Bariatrics in St Petersburg. She is amazing. I have already referred 4 people to her
  16. I loved the chewables but they are pricey. I switched to capsules this time.
  17. I seem to be eating ALL protein and no veggies. I need to make a few more adjustments I guess
  18. I had a few post op but once I got rid of all the gas I was good.
  19. So I went back to portions size by weight rather than volume and I dropped 5lbs last week. It is odd to think that I am that far off? I know I haven't been doing this for more than a few months but wow. Anybody else have this issue?

  21. you gotta do what you need to do for you. I don't expect any negative feedback but did not want them to worry. All fo my friends and work family have been super supportive. I hope you find your tribe who will support you. I highly recommend a support group. your dr can point you to them.
  22. overall BMI does not correspond to fatty liver necessarily. basically it is a precaution to ensure they have as much room to operate as they can
