    YES and it is has HUGE potential to replace lots of other things you love but aren't supposed to eat. like loaded mashed potatoes......used the cauliflower.

    I'm sure you can. I'm still on the soft diet but I've been doing pureed broccoli or cauliflower with a little cottage cheese or greek yogurt to make it creamier.
