I threw up and dry heaved for weeks! Sometimes I could keep down a little water if I put lime in it. And oddly enough sometimes I could take a few bite of refried beans. My potassium got super low as well and I sipped/drank orange juice. Hope this helps!

  3. I am two years out and I take a drink of milk if magnesium every night and follow it with some water. It is probably about I tbsp nightly. I have found this keeps me regular. I also eat veggies with every meal including breakfast. One veggie in particular that gets my stomach moving is cauliflower especially riced. So I just think about what I was lacking that day and correct it and it goes away. Sent from my LGMS550 using BariatricPal mobile app

  11. Miralax gives me cramps as well - I liked benefiber more than miralax but still not great results. I take a drink of MOM every night with some water. Probably about tablespoon or less and that has given me the best results from constipation. Sent from my LGMS550 using BariatricPal mobile app
