3 months in and first dumping
Might be the Japanese rice. It's high-GI which means your body breaks it down into glucose rapidly (compared to basmati) and could also be the amount you ate in one sitting.

No restriction
Yeah I don't have very much restriction and for me, chilli is a bit of a slider food. Try some firm, dense protein, eg 4 oz of chicken breast or prawns to gauge whether you have any level of restriction. You might find you really need to concentrate on the firm protein. Also make sure you really work on slowing your eating because the satiety signals take about twenty minutes to kick in. Then assess whether your meal has affected your hunger. If after twenty minutes or so you find you feel satisfied on firmer protein rather than softer foods like chilli, you'll know where you get the most "bang for your satiety buck"

❤MARCH 2019 CHALLENGE❤
4. Happy Childhood Memory. We lived on a farm when I was a kid, and my parents threw my brother and I a birthday party (our birthdays are three days apart). I remember it was a gorgeous sunny September day and dad had put bales of hay out for us to sit on. I felt like the sun was shining just for me and I can smell the hat even today.

❤MARCH 2019 CHALLENGE❤
I love the Crabtree & Evelyn oriental range, particularly Ottoman Rose. It's bloomin' expensive - it's the poshest beauty product I own and I love it. https://crabtree-evelyn.co.za/wp-content/uploads/2017/10/80432_nocolor.jpg

3. One thing I'm grateful for today: only one thing? Heck I'm grateful for everything. Every breath is a gift from the Beloved and I live in a beautiful corner of the world with very few worries, my health is getting better and better, my family love and support me, and my geriatric cat is still with us! As we say in Arabic الحمدلله praise be to God.

When does it get better?
1. I will be able to answer positively on the Day of Judgement for the rights my body has over me 2. Improved long term health so I can see my daughter get married and I can be a grandma in sha' Allah 3. My husband won't worry about me and my health as much and he will be prouder to be seen in public with me 4. I will find the positions of prayer much easier 5. People won't look at me as 'the fat person'; I won't have to suffer fat discrimination 6. I will be able to buy clothes in normal shops, which will give me so many more options 7. Intimacy will be physically easier 8. Exercise will be so much easier 9. I will like the look of my face and body better 10. I will find flying on airplanes, sitting in cinema and small seats, squeezing in between people and things so much easier 11. I will be able to drive longer distances in my car with greater comfort 12. Medical professionals won't have bias that all my problems are because of my weight 13. I may be able to stop using cpap 14. I will be able to balance things (eg my computer) on my lap 15. I'll be able to try horse riding, scuba diving, going on rides in amusement parks again 16. I could take up hiking

When does it get better?
Yeah those first few days (even weeks) are pretty rough. Be prepared for the emotional ups and downs too. Surgery is a BIG SHOCK to your body and mind, so be kind to yourself and have patience with recovery. I think they gave me a pill for the nausea but I can't remember what it was. It was different than the omeprazole though. I didn't end up needing it after the second or third day though. I'm over four months out and so so so happy I did it. Maybe write a list of all the good reasons why you had the surgery so you can read it when you're feeling down. I'll post mine below.

2. THREE THINGS IN IDEAL MORNING - good coffee - a clean kitchen from the night before - morning sunshine whilst I feed the birdies
-
Orthostatic Hypotension
This is a thing for me at the moment too. I measured my BP (sitting) and it was 108/61. Pre-surgery my readings were in between 120-130/80-90. I just think my body needs to get used to being at a lower pressure, but in the meantime imma get up from chairs a little more slowly.

stomach issues
Mine does if I eat food that is a bit too sugary or fatty. Not full on dumping but noisy enough to tell me I probably should have not had it heheheh
