  1. Surgery status: Mini gastric bypass-losing SW: 127.5 kg CW: 107.9 kg GW: 104 Goal (challenge specific): Lose four kilos; writing prompts; skipping exercises altho until I get a rope imma jump up and down in the air and wave my arms like I just don't care. And no junk food.

  3. I'm catching up while the Americans are asleep teeeheheh. Four kilos down (blue/pink dress is before, navy blue is after). Different dress and pose coz I'm not organised enough to do this properly [emoji23]

  6. Great fun. Very helpful. I didn't meet all my goals but even doing the challenge alone kept me thinking about my eating and exercise habits.

  18. Hella yes I'm in. But does no chocolate incl that on the protein bars, coz mannnnnnn that's hard. It's the only thing on that list I currently eat maybe one every coupla days. Ooooh that's probably why I should do it!
  19. Starting Weight for Jan: 112.9 / 249 GW for Jan: 108 / 238 Jan Goals: - Lose a kilo a week - make up all my Ramadan missed fasts - keep net carbs under 50 a day UPDATE: I'm 108 on the dot! I was briefly 107.9 but bounced back up but a good poo should sort that. GOAL MET WOOOHOOO Couldn't do all my Ramadan days but I made a good headways into them, so I'll say that's GOAL HALF MET Net carbs schmet carbs. Failed miserably on this one. Turns out I can't give up fruit and kidney beans. GOAL NOT MET

Sadly Crystal Light does not exist in my universe but Imma try some SF syrup, BUT in more important news, mid-60s seems too low but WebMD says 60s is normal for some peeps (https://www.webmd.com/diabetes/qa/what-are-normal-blood-sugar-levels) so if you're not feeling any symptoms maybe it's where your body wants to sit, although I wonder if being hungry is actually a symptom? Keep well!
  21. Oh phew! I'm not surprised it was them at all, I don't normally go to that cafe because ever since the new owners bought it, it just has a funny feel. I always think the staff are super stressed now or something,but it's not at all relaxing. Right, so matcha adventures continue.
