  5. I'm so sorry you are going through this. Saying prayers. I just really encourage you to seek help for this hon!! ((hugs)) You are worth it! And you don't have to go through this alone!!!
  6. That's it! I officially dub thee: Salad Queen!!!
  7. Awww man! I hope not. Would your surgeon be the one to fix that too?
  8. I love making salads like that. Then I eat what I want at lunch and I have the rest for afternoon snack. Well maybe not the honey mustard dressing cuz I'm a miser and that would cost me 130cals. But I would rock the hell out of my WF dressing or Three Zeros dressing.
  9. Aw man. Sorry for this update!!! Whine away!!! Or wine away as you need to sweetie!!!! ((hugs)) Please keep an eye out for your abdominal thing. I actually don't like the sound of that especially in addition to the swelling and weepiness of the bum. Make sure you monitor achiness (whole body), headaches, chills or fever. If any of those things happen, get to the ER where the best PS in your city practice. OK? Saying healing prayers! Glad you are now back in pjs. I raise a flannel leg to salute you!! Solidarity my friend!
  10. Awwww man! I'm so sorry! You look fabulous though and hopefully it wasn't crowded while the movie was on? Two words: Pou Pourri. Sorry to be AWOL! 11. I'm so sorry. Please make sure you work through and process all of your feelings and pain from the past and current. Wishing you huge success!!!
  12. Lots are successful. For most, the tool still works, when we work the tool. But sometimes that's easier said than done. But I see and have seen MANY people successful at getting back on plan! You can do this!

Holy Schnarkies lady! Look at that tiny tiny DARLING figure!!! Are you feeling your new bod yet????
  15. Way too much fish for you below, but this is what I'm having tonight at almost 2 years. Dinner 3.5oz foil wrapped basa (or Barimundi filets) with spice rub and a little ghee 1/4tsp, broccoli + 1/4tsp ghee, avo/tom salad. Super simple. Season the fish (even frozen), drop a tiny bit of olive oil or ghee or butter on it, seal it up well in foil. Bake at 350* for about 15-20 minutes or until fish reaches internal temp of 145*. Remove and flake. Add back to your "broth" that was made from the fish. Very moist preparation and soft mushies ok. Here's the MFP on it.
  16. I just don't understand why now at your point, you're not trying to get most of your nutrition in real whole food? I still drink a portion, to 1 protein drink per day cuz it allows me to not sweat the protein and so I can have more salads and veg which I love...but it's preference rather than need? It looks fine to me, but it is pretty processed stuff...but no more than my protein drink and probably from better sources than mine. Is she suggesting you have multiple shakes per day or is she just saying have 1 for breakfast...?

Such a darling darling figure girlie!!! Ha on you and Arabesque being pleather twins! Score! Hi everyone!!! Hugs all around!!!
  18. Congrats! So beyond excited for you! Good bye, rectus...blah blah blah!!! Hello flat tums!
  19. First day's food look great Jake! Have a blast today!!
  20. LOL and don't forget the incretin effect.
  21. Could be so many things but you are about the time to see strictures. ((hugs)) And don't let up till you get seen by your doc. Cuz it's not normal and I doubt seriously it's something you are doing wrong. You need to be seen hon!
  22. First of all...don't listen to that bull caca. The people around you have their own personal biases and filters through which they see you and it's not too far from having a sort of BD where you are concerned. You look terrific. I do think if YOU WANT TO, that you have at least 30lbs and maybe 40 to go...but that's a personal preference, but I will tell you from personal experience, that there is no way on god's green earth that I was having surgery, committing to a lifelong change and stressing through a 3 year weight loss to stop while still in the obese or overweight category. I was not gonna settle for anything short of normal weight. But that's just how important it was for me...and my choice isn't everybody's choice! And my RD and doc even wanted me to stop at the still overweight category. I told them they needed to put the crack pipe down and step away from the ledge...
  23. Salmon = 3 days beef = 5-6 days (Sshhhh, don't judge! I play refrigerator roulette all the time!) Haven't died yet.
  24. I'm a meal prep pro but do things differently. I make "bases" so that I can mix and match like food garanimals. So it tastes fresh and exciting at dinner. I purposely keep breakfast and lunch no brainers. And if I need snacks, I have a list and supplies of allowable snacks. That way I know I'm good going into dinner and can be a bit more flex if I want or need to be. I plan the day in the morning while walking and after walking I try to enter into MFP, while having coffee. Sometimes I deviate, from the plan but when I do, I know exactly what macros/cals are available to sub out. It keeps me most days hitting my goals/targets. I'm not 100% but I shoot for that and gratefully accept being 80-90% compliant. I do meal prep some basics on which ever nights I "cook." LOL. I cook 2-3 nites per week, then use the bases for "lucky leftovers" remixed.
