  1. Ok found it. It's under Community, Invite Friends. What's your MFP nic?
  2. Right, I can't figure out how to add friends lol. Where is the + button they speak of on Google? I'm on desktop.
  3. Sorry! It should be this one: https://www.myfitnesspal.com/food/diary/BariatricAccountabilityClub I must have been in my exercise diary tab when I copy/pasted the URL!
  4. Click on that link and friend me. I will accept.
  5. If it were me, I'd call today and schedule "next available" appointment. Maybe tell them a little bit about what's going on? Don't artificially try to bring your levels up. Let them see the baseline. Maybe it's not so bad? Plus you don't want to do anything to hurt your liver more. Go get checked out hon!
  6. Hi glad you found us! Hopefully others will chime in. No tummy pains here! Tell us more about it? LOL, yes, I could see where "Christmas trees" might make you hungrier!
  7. Awesome! This is my life. I IF 5 days a week and ADF with caloric restriction 2-3 days a week in order to stay within my 5lb window! This morning was 132.6lbs so having a lighter day and want to head back toward 130 for the weekend! Congrats on finding a solution and taking off 3.5lbs! Woot! Come join us over on the IF thread!
  8. No darling. I can't quite figure out why I did that. I'm pretty sure it's a brain fart or total train (of thought) derailment. #snort! Oh and I like the possiblity of splenic flexure!
  9. @Kris77 Disclaimer, I'm an outlier. I maintain on small calories. And I don't want to feel deprivation. So I have learned a long time ago to make "skinny swaps" or now, "bari healthy life swaps" aka "BHL swaps" for things I want. So there is some taste or texture compromise, but the end product produces a high level of dietary satisfaction. I did that all while in WLM. And even more allowances now in MM. It just has to fit my macros and daily energy intake goal. So you could make a crazy good, healthy trail mix with the following. But it would still be pretty pricey from a calorie perspective and for me, would be so so easy to overeat. It would be a treat for me and one I didn't keep in the house (during WLM--cuz during WLM, I'm a TCB girl. I have zero fuc*s about taking a scenic tour. I want the destination asap), cuz it would call my name. Healthy-ish Trail Mix: This makes approximately 11 servings (1/4c each), roughly 118cals per 1/4c which isn't so bad.
  10. It's the amount of added sugar. Dried fruit is rubbery. In order to get it that way, they imbibe it in a simple syrup. Dehydrated is purely the sugar in the fruit or veggies and it's pretty low carb respectively. This is "Dried Blueberries". For a serving it's 1/4cup or 40g by weight. It has 140cals, 33 net carbs. These are freeze dried blueberries. For a serving it's 1 cup or 28g by weight. It has 110 cals; 23g net carbs. It doesn't seem like there's that big of a difference. But you are more likely to eat MORE than 1/4c of dried blueberries in your trail mix. And you are more likely to eat less than 1 cup of freeze dried blueberries in your trail mix. Do you see the difference now? (And one is crunchy, the other is chewy.)
  11. Yep I do MFP. You can find my diary here. Hit me up and Friend me! https://www.myfitnesspal.com/exercise/diary/BariatricAccountabilityClub
  12. WTG Girl! *This is KEY IMHO. I had to do this. Every time my body would stop, I'd mix things up. It also helped keep the "losing game" fresh and innovative. I didn't have time to get bored...well I did, actually, but then I'd change the rules and boom baby! Excitement and focus and hope/positive outlook was back! That's what I did in the last 30-40lbs to lose to Goal #3. And it did include IF and EFs as well as heavy calorie/macro counting (which I love to nerd-out on). You got this girl! ^^^^ Loved what you said here, @Serengirl!

@Sophie7713 Gorgeous, chic, elegant. So many words. Robert is a lucky guy. Yall are so adorable together!! Everyone looks so amazing!!! Sorry not to have time to address each of you separately! You guys rock and continue to inspire me with your fashion sense!!
  14. Congrats! And call your surgeon immediately. Get them to give you a referral to an OB/Gyn. Go see your bari nutritionist.
  15. They each affect us differently. For me, I found that pure whey isolate causes more of an insulin swing than does the Premier Protein. That's because the isolate is a "fast protein" and the whey concentrate is a slower protein. You just have to experiment with it.
  16. I'm glad! I don't know of too many having issues with 18. I don't do anything special for 18:6.
  17. Welcome! And congrats on starting the program! Sorry about that first experience! ^^^What this wise woman said!^^^
  18. almonds, olives, coconut chips (unsweetened), bulletproof coffee. butter in bonebroth.
  19. Usually bone broth with some kind of fat in it. Then wait. Then a little avocado. Then a little walnuts or almonds but that's only with a long fast like 22-24 hours.
  20. Ok, this isn't really a food post. This is a PSA. Run. DO NOT WALK! Into your kitchen. Grab your carton egg whites, your favorite flavor of Premier and 2 ramekins. Mix up the two. Divide into 2 ramekins. Place in a water bath and cook at 350* for about 18 minutes. Center should still jiggle and wiggle a bit. It will continue to cook. Then you can add whatever the frick you want. I did bananas and cream cuz I was craving nana puddin yesterday. Since i didn't cave and today I'm not craving...I made em and ate one for MS. Ok, I ate both of them for morning snack...I did. I remain unrepentent. (Only one had the fruit garnish. The other was without toppings.) The yogurt and stevia get mixed together like a faux "whipped cream". So dang tasty tasty! Here it is. These are the numbers for BOTH! BOTH! YES! I AM YELLING!

Ha! November 30, 2041. Figures...I probably choke on leftover turkey or some gawdawful thing like that! #snort
