Bariatric Fusion Vitamins & Lead Warning
That warning is on so many things these days. I saw it on a bentonite clay I wanted but ultimately didn’t get. It’s a double edge sword: good because knowledge is power but on the other hand it gets overwhelming. If you decide to stick with them, call the company and ask why about it. Good Luck ❤️

Post-Op Diet...
Yes! I can’t even watch a show like the Great British Bake-off unless I’ve already eaten or I will suddenly need to make dessert ?

Post-Op Diet...
When I was early post op and homebound, I completely stopped watching TV commercials (and eventually TV) because they started prompting cravings. If you can find what is causing your cravings and try to work around it or remove it, hopefully you’ll be able to “quench the crave” *Also you may need a bit more fluids because it’s possible you’re thirsty Congratulations on a successful surgery and good luck ❤️

Food Before and After Photos
I understand! I had to start giving things away or make much smaller portions when I was pandemic baking. In the end I stopped completely because I didn’t want to gain.

Hi, how’s it going? You all look absolutely gorgeous ? Starbucks Bathroom Selfies: the return of the vegan leather jacket. This is before a 4” haircut, it’s been too long for a while.

Do you pee differently?
After any procedure or surgery , I can barely control when and how fast I needed to be in a bathroom. It however always normalizes in time. (I also noticed if I’m circling the edge of a UTI, I have the same frequency issues so these days I take D mannose if I think one is coming on. It solves the issue pretty instantly)

Perhaps try tracking food again if you have not been. Tracking forces me to be accountable.

How do you know you’re full before it’s too late?
With VSG (my original surgery) I also never experienced the odd warning signs. I had to stick to measurements (1/8,1/4,1/2 cup etc) then under eat slightly because my full sensation came 15+ mins later (super annoying ?) the feeling was a lump in my throat that would not go away no matter how often I swallowed and sometimes tightness in my chest. Now with RNY, the delayed full sensation is still in effect but I can still overestimate my capacity and pay the price. So I have to pay attention while eating and consciously choose when to stop. My BF calls me two bites <insert name> because I almost never finish anything just incase ?
