Wow! That’s probably why I have a hard time finding them too! These are by far my favorite and I have no real clue why but I will get the mission brand if only those are available. Oh and I only have Aldi bread left because I bought a few a froze them months ago ?

Curious... How long before you could eat your first piece of pizza?
I tried pizza around 4 months post, my surgeon and dietician gave the ok (under my particular circumstances) Funny thing is I don’t eat pizza these days and I haven’t got a long time, but I will gladly eat my BFs crust ?

Depressed after dr visit
My medical records still say “history of obesity” and it will likely say it forever but it’s just a matter of record now. Also when I gain a few lbs and have a random doctors visit in that time, a note will say “increased BMI, counsel patient on weightloss” even though it’s my normal fluctuations. I try to take it all in stride as something that is automatically generated.

The chicken is as good as it looks. It’s from Aldi but idk if you can find it anywhere else. I’ve heard it’s like the chicken Popeyes uses on their sandwich but I never tried those. I didn’t have any lemons around so I used a very very small amount of the juice to offset the vinegar (not even sure that’s how coleslaw is traditionally made but I did whatever it took to be able to have coleslaw this week so mistakes were made ?)

Foamie Saturday night!
If the chicken is not the problem, perhaps you didn’t chew the vitamin well enough or you cannot tolerate it yet.

Hospital stay question
When I think about what I packed, I actually needed a lot less. Besides the cellphone & charger I could have just brought the clothes on my back.

Weight Gain From Anti-Histamine

Pita pocket style Turkey and cheese! My favorite low carb tortilla just leveled up. This may totally be a freak accident but when I cut it in half, both halves began to open like pita bread My log says tomato basil tortilla but it’s the whole wheat flax type (same macros) I’m not mad about this new development at all. Also I only ate about 40% of this with a spoonful of coleslaw

Sleeve Narrowing
I was converted to RNY from VSG for structural (and other) reasons too. My surgeon just said we were doing bypass so I’m not sure if there any specific differences between that and what you will have done. It’s completely possible to maintain (and even gain) weight after your revision. The malnutrition aspect comes with how long of a bypassed Roux (or alimentary) limb will be. Your surgeon may choose to make that length shorter to prevent excess weight loss, but that’s a plan you will come up with together. Below are links for both the steps of a gastric bypass and info on just the gastrojejunostomy. Hope that helps ❤️ https://www.laparoscopic.md/bypass/surgery https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK560493/

It sounds like that’s your prompt for full or slightly too full. Try to stop on or two bites before you normally do to see if it doesn’t happen the next time. If it happens despite the amount you eat, it may be post op swelling/inflammation which will go away. At three weeks post op it’s probably a bit of both Also check with your bariatric team and see what that say about the sensation.- No Insurance coverage for weight loss surgery.
If it’s not covered in your policy, it will not be covered (unless there is some extreme circumstance and it becomes part of an emergency surgery for some other reason like stomach cancer resection and even then it may not be covered only the hospital stay) If you can change insurance companies it would be easier than contending with your current company. If you have the funds then medical tourism is the fastest way. Good Luck ❤️- Food Before and After Photos

Some hospitals have heating pads (especially on the maternity floor), perhaps you can request one ahead of time- Insurance ended in middle of process/will Medicaid pickup or make me start over again ?
You may need to figure out which managed care program you will be under (if any) but here are a couple of links. I highly recommend calling to find out then asking for more information in writing (once you are approved for the new health insurance policy) https://www.molinahealthcare.com/~/media/Molina/PublicWebsite/PDF/providers/oh/medicaid/manual/manual_oh_benefits-index-11-2012.pdf https://www.caresource.com/documents/medicaid-oh-policy-medical-mm-1061-20201201/- OOTD
