  1. You can try tricep dips. You can google or youtube the videos on how to do them. They really work.
  2. I told my mother and my younger sister. And two of my friends I regret telling my family as they were very unsupportive and are now jealous of my weight loss. My two friends don't even mention it, which is good for me.
  3. I was allowed to do crunches at 6 weeks, but I waited a little longer until I felt completely comfortable doing them.
  4. I understand the stomach issue. I have lost 113 lbs in abt two years (July 8th bandiversary). I know that what's left is indeed fat. I do have some loose skin on the bottom portion of my stomach, but it seems to be getting better. The top half of my stomach is just fat and I have a hard time fitting into sizes I would be able to fit into if my stomach was smaller. I haven't had any children yet, so a tummy tuck is not an option, even if I had insurance coverage for it. I have about 25 lbs left that I would like to lose, so hopefully most of it will come from my midsection. I refuse to be intimate with anyone because I am so uncomfortable with the way I feel about my body. Hopefully when I reach goal and have a smaller belly, I will feel differently.
  5. I finally found a set at modells with a 100 lb bag. Good price too. I think I've found my new exercise. It was a workout putting it together though.
  6. I just had an unfill a couple of weeks ago because I couldn't eat much and the doctor said I had a little reflux(from upper gi). I didn't notice any difference though. I had him take out 1 cc at the time. I have been able to eat, but I don't feel the restriction at all. I am going to have 3/4 put back in next week. With all that said, you may want a small unfill to allow you to be able to eat a little more. When I get small unfills, they're usually around 1/4 cc.
  7. I have another Android phone and I have this app as well.
  8. I seem to be up three pounds. I'm constipated and I'm a mess. I don't like it.
  9. You have not failed. Go for your fill. It will help you get back on track.
  10. You can wash it off.
  11. I'm on the ortho evra patch. No weight gain or side effects for me.
  12. I get migraines very regularly, usually a few times a week. I've been prescribed imitrax as well. It burns my stomach, so I cannot take the imitrex for every migraine that I get. I have been taking tylenol with codeine and that has seemed to lessen it, but not completely resolve the migraine.
  13. Please be careful with seroquel. It is known to cause weight gain.
  14. I think I'm going to try it this week. I've been in an exercise rut lately. I need something to get these last 20 or so lbs off.
  15. I eat popcorn very regularly without any problems.
  16. 5k
