I just got home from doing my first 5K. What a great time. It was for the Valerie Fund. Kids with blood disorders and Cancers. I finished it in under 45 minutes and I could have kept going. I think a monster has been awaken in me. :(

    Congrats and very fast time!!!

    45 minutes is my target for the Heart Walk of September 11th.

    I am currently doing it in just under an hour.
