    Good morning everybody. Sorry I've been away. We went to our vacation house on Friday and we just got back. There's no Internet there so I couldn't get online. It was a lazy couple of days with no exercise but I did not overcompensate with food. I ate a little crappy but not too bad. Today I am getting back on track and I'm on my way to the gym as we speak. Enjoy your day all.

    Good morning everybody. It's been a couple of very busy days and I have not been able to get on here. That being said I also was not that good these past couple of days. I have been getting to the gym every day and hitting my stepping goal every day. I'm very proud of myself that I have made that commitment and I have stuck to it. I don't like to eat after 8 o'clock but the past two days I have eight but not past nine. And boy do I feel it in the morning. My calories are on track until I get to that night snack and then it puts me way over. Today I am going to make sure that all my choices are the right choices for me. food is just evil.

    Bad day yesterday. food 1500ish No eating after 8. Ya no. 9pm Water short by 16oz No exercise and only 6000 steps. Okay that's the bad news! Today I'm at the gym as we speak. I'm going to make up the steps I did not hit yesterday right now. Update you later.

    Good morning. Well my Valentine's Day will. I very much enjoyed downtimes day with my husband and two kids. I probably overestimated on some of the foods that I had because I could not figure out how to count the calories. Which is never a good thing. but regardless today I am back on the wagon @@bacon WAY TO GO!

    I'm having a fantastic day. And just like you said sticking to the program. I am on track with calories water I've been to the gym and I've almost hit 10,000 steps for the day so far. My biggest accomplishment for today is that I just sat here watching my husband eating organic peanut butter cups and chocolate covered organic pretzels and as much as he kept them between us to share I did not have a single one. I will however have dessert later Ron with my two kids and my husband after a romantic dinner for the four of us.

    Good morning all. Yesterday was not bad. Foods 1700 because I went to a diner with my family for dinner. I did not want to go but they won. Steps on track 11600 steps No eating after 8:05. Once I realized it was 8:00 is stopped all eating. Coo tos to me. I did not finish my dinner because of the time. I did not need it anyway. My nutrition was right on track. 40% carbs, 30%fats, and 30% protien. I tried 3 new things yesterday. Brussels sprouts. Yummmmm. And spaghetti squash and butter nut squash that I cooked but did not try yet. I'll do that today. Today I'm taking hubby to gym with me. HAPPY VALENTINES EVERYONE

    Good afternoon everybody. I know this week I've been posting first thing in the morning but it's been a crazy morning had a crazy night last night. Before I continue I want to tell you I'm okay. I fell on the ice last night down the stairs at my sons friends house. I spend the night icing my legs and I have a couple of lines and big black and blues in my Hiney from the steps. That's in the past Today I am on track with my foods. I am on track with my steps. I have already been to the gym. You can't keep a good woman down.

    I am craving pasta and chicken in a tomato sauce tonight. I'm at 900 calories for today and have 1 hour 45 min until no eating after 8pm. Do I or don't it is the question! Let me think about this pasta 200 calories. Chicken 200 calories. Sauce 100 calories. I'm thinking nope. I've been soooo good. Done. I'm not having it.

    OMG. I am not satisfied tonight. I have to stay out of the kitchen!!! Give me the strength!!! It's almost the end of day three. I'm going to do this. Today's rundown Calories over but not bad. 1400. All healthy foods. I would like to be at 900 but I think that is going to be hard being im working out. Steps on track. 12000 Water on track. 7 glasses so far. No eating after 8. TBD. ( I'm staying out of the kitchen)

    Good morning everybody. Today is day three of me holding myself accountable. I've always had a hard time with the first three days of that it always gets easier after that. I think starting my journey on a Monday was a very smart thing for me to do for myself. Because now I will have five great days under my belt before the weekend and that gives me the courage to make it through my weekend. Hopefully!

    Good morning everybody. I am here at the lap band website looking for your help in making sure that I stay accountable. I have not been on the lap band website in three years. My story is that I started out with my surgery on September 4, 2009 at 298 pounds. In one year I went down to 205. Now I'm about 225 to 230. I've been holding steady at that weight now for a good part of the past two years. But I was my happiest at 205 and I really need to get back to that. I need to be held accountable for my food, and calorie intake, every day going to the gym and walking on the treadmill and getting to at least 10,000 steps a day. And I need to stop eating after 8 PM. I wasn't sure I'd have to courage to post anything yesterday but I had a very successful day yesterday and I held myself accountable to all and I am here today to stay on this track.   20. Yesterday I made bad choices most of the day. I ate to much for dinner. Had a really bad snack an hour before bed and choose junk 3 separate times during my day. I woke up this morning feeling like crap yet again. Why do I keep doing this to myself. Today is a new day and I am going to try to have a better day then yesterday. I'm down in the dumps.

    First attempt

    I think it is to early for salad. If you really want it though take very small bites and chew it to death. As for crunchy stuff. Chew ice. . Tall glass of ice water goes a long way for me.
