  1. Try taking papaya enzyme chewables. I get mine from gnc.
  2. I was 257 lbs and a size E cup when I had my surgery almost two years ago. Now I'm at 144 lbs and I can barely see my chest. I don't know what size the girls are because they're gone and there's absolutely nothing I can do about it. My stomach, however, is very visible. When I was heavier I was more confident and secure about my body. Now, forget about it. I obsess about the way I look and I hate my body.
  3. I'm 5' 5.5". Going into surgery I was 257 lbs. I currently weigh 144 lbs and my goal is 126 lbs.
  4. I'm on the ortho evra patch and have been since being banded and haven't had any problems with it.
  5. You should be very careful and talk with your surgeon about this. He/she may not do your surgery until you are quit for some time.
  6. Congratulations and good luck on your journey.
  7. There's a lapband card that states you've had the surgery and can only eat small portions. I'm not sure if your surgeon has it, but mine offered it. I don't dine out, so I don't have one personally and don't know if disney accepts it.
  8. Maybe you can start your breakfast a little later on in the morning, closer to afternoon, without starving yourself, if that is possible.
  9. Congratulations on getting banded and good luck on your journey.
  10. I bought a magic bullet two years ago and I use it everyday.
  11. Congratulations! I know it feels good. Way to go!
  12. My dr prescribed tylenol with codeine elixir.
  13. Congratulations on getting banded and good luck on your journey.
  14. I'm 5' 5.5" and my goal weight is 126 lbs. I'm currently 144 lbs but I look like I'm in the 120s now.
  15. It's working now. I didn't have to delete anything. It just wasn't working before.
  16. It keeps going to the log in screen. I never had a problem with the other spreadsheets.
  17. Why do you have to log in to use the spreadsheet?
  18. I'm not a big fan of protein bars, but there was a b1g1 free coupon in the paper the other day, so I got 2 from gnc. They are Pure Protein brand and are peanut butter/chocolate. I don't really care for peanut butter or chocolate, but that is all that they had in stock when I went. They taste pretty good. I was only able to eat half of one and it was about 150 cal and 15 grams of protein for half of the bar.
  19. I only lost 4.6 out of my 10 lbs. I'm ready for the next challenge.
  20. Wishing you luck on the rest of your journey.
  21. You can also try putting on ankle weights on the day of your official weigh in for insurance requirements.
  22. I'm down to about 18 lbs until I reach goal. I would like to reach goal weight before my 2nd bandiversary on July 8th. I'm in!
