Whats crackin folks, just thought I'd chime in on a little program I started you might have heard of it, P90x...just wanted to say that I'm on the verge of starting day 3 today and I have to say I'm hooked. I've never allowed my weight problem stop me from staying active so I gotta say I have a bit of an advantage heading into the program there. For any of you who are afraid of trying it I'm here to tell you dont be afraid to try it if you're physically able to. I'm about 9 weeks post-op 18lbs down and with this program I can already feel I'm heading in the right direction. Now granted I'm not going at it full force (the doc said to not over do it to allow the sutures to heal correctly) but I try my hardest on every exercise thats the trick to this beast of a work out. Try your hardest and you will eventually get to the point where doing the work is easy. I hope to have lost 2 more lbs by this weekend. I have got to say having the lapband changed my life and without it I probably wouldnt have had the guts to go out and try P90x. I'm really looking forward to seeing both these projects through to their fullest extent. Now get off your butts and go work out!!!!
