Feeling a difference with p90x

Whats crackin folks, just thought I'd chime in on a little program I started you might have heard of it, P90x...just wanted to say that I'm on the verge of starting day 3 today and I have to say I'm hooked. I've never allowed my weight problem stop me from staying active so I gotta say I have a bit of an advantage heading into the program there. For any of you who are afraid of trying it I'm here to tell you dont be afraid to try it if you're physically able to. I'm about 9 weeks post-op 18lbs down and with this program I can already feel I'm heading in the right direction. Now granted I'm not going at it full force (the doc said to not over do it to allow the sutures to heal correctly) but I try my hardest on every exercise thats the trick to this beast of a work out. Try your hardest and you will eventually get to the point where doing the work is easy. I hope to have lost 2 more lbs by this weekend. I have got to say having the lapband changed my life and without it I probably wouldnt have had the guts to go out and try P90x. I'm really looking forward to seeing both these projects through to their fullest extent. Now get off your butts and go work out!!!! :(

I just bought a copy for $50. It's in .avi format, so you have to watch it from your computer unless your dvd player is fancy and can read .avi format. PM me if you want more info to get your copy.

Hey guys! I bought the DVD for it's original price and I got all of the info with the nutrition guide and workout manual. It's really helpful. :bored:

I've been doing in on and off for the past few months and I'm going to stick to all 3 months for sure starting next week because classes are ending and I'll have some free time for a while.

Anyway, I absolutely love it and I would recommend it for anyone. Plus, he tells you to just do your best, even if you can't keep up. You'll catch up eventually!! :glare:

P90x is hard!! I'm sure it works if you stick to it! My brother downloaded it for free online, but he doesnt remember where.

I think I'm going to try it this week. I've been in an exercise rut lately. I need something to get these last 20 or so lbs off.

So the good news is that P90X works. The bad news is that P90x really works! LOL! I can't move I'm so sore!! But I think this is going to be great (once I can start moving again)!
