  1. P90x is hard!! I'm sure it works if you stick to it! My brother downloaded it for free online, but he doesnt remember where.
  2. I was banded Nov. 28. As I was going through my first weeks I too was starving, so I would have fat free hot chocolate or fat free/sugar free pudding/jello to satisfy me until the next meal. I would also suck on ice Popsicle, they take longer to eat, so your mind thinks it's eaten enough... -weird hard to explain. Good luck!

  6. I havent had the surgery yet. One of my biggest nightmares is that I will lose control one day, binge, and die of eating asphyxiation! I bearly qualify to get the surgery. I dont eat much throughout the day, but when I eat... I eat! So I'm scared about how my life will change after surgery.
