My husband is afraid I will leave him after WLS. His ex did.That is why he did not want me to get it. But he saw how important it was for my health.

My BMI is 35 and I got approved.Do you snore have a sleep test done.High Blood pressure? Any health problems?????

I am 218 and was told just eat light the day before surgery.I did not need to shrink my liver because I was not that big.You should be fine.

What about beer and v-8 or tom juice that should make it go flat.Or do you all think the acid would be bad for the pouch????

Any suggestions will be great.I do have a crock pot.

I wish he would eat that stuff.No hamburger Helper or TV dinners aroud here. When he was single and working 70 hours a week he got burnt out on the easy stuff. He is the pickeist eater I have ever seen. I will cook and freeze some meals.But he is just going to have to deal with it.

I am getting very nervous.I told my husband that he will have to cook for five weeks since I will be on liquids. How can I cook when all I can have is liquids. It is time for ME. I HAVE to get healthy. Am I wrong ? Can I stand there and cook food that I cannot have???Will it be to tempting??? Am I worried over nothing?

Your lucky you do not have any problems yet.Did you measure with shoes on???? I thought I was 5'5 and I was 5'4 and that made my BMI higher.Put a few rolls of quarters in your pockets.Weights around you ankles. Whatever it takes.Bet you are eating good this weekend trying to get the BMI up. Mine is 35 but I am diabetic. GOOD LUCK
