  1. I was told no gum.. It adds air to the pouch.
  2. I'm about 3 1/2 too. It's getting better but I still have some fatigue.
  3. The regular one is about 20 grams of Protein and about 190 calories for the chocolate. I'm thinking about sucking on one. shakes are no longer my friend.

  5. I'm walking and doing arm weight. I'm three weeks post op but I am scared of reinjuring myself like I did a week or so ago. Anyway, going back to work for a few hours today and FT on Monday. We will see how it goes. I'm still kinda fatigued.
  6. You can do this. And don't be too hard in yourself. 55 is a good foundation. Dust yourself off and today is a new day!

  9. I don't think any yogurt has zero sugar. I've been eating dannon light and fit Greek yogurt in vanilla. I have been able to tolerate it since week two. It's a life savor for me. 12 grams of protein and 80 calories.
  10. I'm on puréed and in week four. I've been fine with tuna and cod.
  11. I have mine on the 19th of nov. It had been kinda tough I did have a stricture and another surgery but that was a fluke. Everyday gets better. I'm a big baby and never had a surgery before and I was ok. You are really sore for about a week and then things start to pick up. Food and drinking is the biggest challenge. Good luck to you!!   13. If you have trouble with iron pills the way I do, bariatric advantage has a chewable that I've been taking. It tastes good and does not upset my stomach even after surgery. Good luck

  16. Congrats on the 30!! I just hit 20 pounds today since surgery. Have been doing good but today is rough. I'm really tired.
  17. Just remember why you are doing it and don't beat yourself up if you have a slip up. It's ok just get back on track. Good luck! It will be hard. I'm still on puréed foods and liquids.
  18. I'm really trying but I'm just struggling with it. I do exercise but I'm so sporadic with it.
  19. Yea how attractive are we.. Lol. I'm just glad the greasy hair is letting up now.
  20. I'm struggling as well. I seem to be able to walk the mall but I get so bored on my treadmill and I only seem to be able to do about 15-20 minutes. I'm struggling with liquids too. I'm three weeks out. Glad I took this week off.
