  1. Amazing. My first surgery was 50k. Not sure about the second.
  2. Yes. I think I will. Thanks!!!
  3. I love PB2. I add it to my chocolate Protein shakes. I am not sure what you mean by a regular smoothie. It is food you are allowed to have then, yes you can add Protein Powder to it. I would just not go with the premade ones. They are usually loaded with the wrong kind of sugars.
  4. Good luck to you!!! It will be over before you realize it!!!
  5. Anyone try this yet? It is getting good reviews online.
  6. Personnally, I did not like them at all. However, my mom is pretty picky and likes the Raspberry Vin. salad dressing.
  7. About 8 years ago I went from about 260 to about 175. My mom had recently starved her self and went down to about a size 4. At one point in her life she was about an 16/18. Anyway, she brings me a bag of cloths and most were a size 12. She told me that she was giving me her "fat" clothes. I almost died. I didn't say anything until a few years later. She never even realized what she said to me. Here I am hoping to be a size 12 again. People are just self centered.
  8. Colace is not working for me. I guess Ill have to try something else. I will go a week with almost nothing then get 'sick'. It is awful.
  9. Yep I'm there now. PMS up a pound or two. Damn water.
  10. I'm in the same boat. We must be patient. We are eating so little it must come off!! :-).
  11. Ok this is not recommended!!! but I'm not a puréed meat person either. So.... I've been just chewing the hell out of the chicken I eat. I literally purée it in my mouth. I am extremely careful and take bites smaller than an eraser.
  12. Since your stomach is "new" go with beef or a chicken broth based soup. Good luck
  13. PMS? I'm doing the same thing right now. My DOS was 11/19.
  14. Raw fish is pretty tough to digest. I'd think you have to be farther out for it. I like the sweet shrimp.
  15. Yes, mine stares at me everytime I open the cupboard. lol
  16. I'm worm2872 on MFP. You can add me as well. I am a faithful user! I'm only down 21 in four weeks but I'll take it. PMS is playing games right now... I still struggle with water. I am lucky if I get in 40-50 oz. I actually switched back to regular water instead of stuff added in it and it seems to be going better. Dawn, I'm finally out of 20's as well! Yea At least an 18 is approaching a 'normal' size. :-)
  17. theby... glad to hear the weight started to come off and congrats! I am 4 weeks today and hoovering around 21 pounds. I am getting in around 60 grams of protein consistently so hopefully it will come off. PMS doesn't help right now either. At least I have not gained!! And yes, I can't do it with out the morning shake. I use Matrix chocoalte truffle. Pretty good. The premade shake make me gag.
  18. I use it everyday. I have too. Mainly to track my protein. I'm only a month out but I am around 500-600 calories.
  19. I bought men's sweatpants for after surgery. I think I got them at wal-mart. Men's are higher in the waist so I was able to pull them up above my incisions.
  20. Huge accomplishment!!
  21. There is a G2 low cal. I drink it diluted when I need an energy boost but I only can do about 8 oz overall.
  22. I reinjured myself two weeks out as well. It's hurt like a b****. About the same spot too.
  23. Congrats! And speedy recovery!
  24. Some think they are helping. Oh if I tell her how big she is she'll stop eating. Like we don't know. It just drives me to a pizza and a sundae.
