Oh no! I need some quick help!

Tomorrow will be 1 week since surgery and of course I'm on a two week liquid diet. Just found out my husband's work party is tonight and we are going to Long Horn Steakhouse!!!! There's no possible way for me to feel normal there tonight, is there? Any pointers?

All my diet plan says is "high protein liquid diet" and it talks about two shakes a day and then additional zero cal liquids. I know this is a bad idea, but damnit I want something I can taste!

Miso soup!! It's broth. Just don't eat anything floating in it. :)

Since your stomach is "new" go with beef or a chicken broth based soup. Good luck
