  6. Well today has been a day for me and I need support. It started off with my husband being told today he had to deploy this afternoon and I had I break that news to my kids. Then 2 hours before we were to leave for the airport I have a miscarriage. They crazy thing is I didn't know I was pregnant. It's probably tmi but I am positive because I've had two miscarriages in the past. It just brought all these emotions out of me. Now I'm just alone for the next six months and feeling really low tonight. I really thought I was being careful with intercourse. It took me shots and hormones to have my kids I really didn't realize how fertile you are after surgery.
  7. I have to have hot stuff and jalapeños on everything too. I've hit another stall and this one is just making me super mad. I'm stuck at 204 fr about two weeks now. I'm so close to being under 200 that it driving me nuts. I am doing the insanity workout and feeling better about myself. So far I've lost 61 pounds and I think it's great. Just ready to reach my next milestone.

My husband is leaving at the en of this month for a 6 month deployment. I'm just emotionally all over the place and to top it off I'm on week 3 of my period. I just need some help pulling it all together. HW 265 DS 256 CW 229

  19. You look great. How much have you lost so far?
  20. Does this happen to anyone else? From the moment I wake up I have extreme dry mouth. I get at least 40 ounces of liquid a day. I'm not sure if its from dehydration or just part of having had the rny.
  21. I've had a lot of problems drinking cold liquid. For some reason it just hurts. I'm trying to get down protein shakes but I use 1% milk and you can't let that sit out. Does anyone have suggestions?
