  1. Thanks guys. I am doing better. I really do appreciate all the support. It means so much.
  2. Well today has been a day for me and I need support. It started off with my husband being told today he had to deploy this afternoon and I had I break that news to my kids. Then 2 hours before we were to leave for the airport I have a miscarriage. They crazy thing is I didn't know I was pregnant. It's probably tmi but I am positive because I've had two miscarriages in the past. It just brought all these emotions out of me. Now I'm just alone for the next six months and feeling really low tonight. I really thought I was being careful with intercourse. It took me shots and hormones to have my kids I really didn't realize how fertile you are after surgery.
  3. I have to have hot stuff and jalapeños on everything too. I've hit another stall and this one is just making me super mad. I'm stuck at 204 fr about two weeks now. I'm so close to being under 200 that it driving me nuts. I am doing the insanity workout and feeling better about myself. So far I've lost 61 pounds and I think it's great. Just ready to reach my next milestone.

  5. When was your surgery? i got tired very easy for a while too.
  6. My 12 weeks will be this Monday and as of today i am officially 50 pounds down. I thought that this day would need come. I'm now 15 pounds from onederland. It really made my day today.
  7. Hay I'm from Norfolk. I had my baby at portsmouth Naval but I had my surgery at DePaul. How r u feeling?
  8. I am having a down week this week. I don't know what is going on with me! I'm loosing slower than most people around my surgery group and that is messing with my mind. My husband is leaving at the en of this month for a 6 month deployment. I'm just emotionally all over the place and to top it off I'm on week 3 of my period.   10. 60 pounds that great. I had my surgery the day before you and I've only list 35 pounds. I went from 165 to 130 as if this morning.
  11. You look great. How much have you lost so far?
  12. Does this happen to anyone else? From the moment I wake up I have extreme dry mouth. I get at least 40 ounces of liquid a day. I'm not sure if its from dehydration or just part of having had the rny.
  13. I've had a lot of problems drinking cold liquid. For some reason it just hurts. I'm trying to get down protein shakes but I use 1% milk and you can't let that sit out. Does anyone have suggestions?
  14. Is this a no no. I'm told I can have eggs and i figure its just eggs and broth but I would like to know from some of you. I've been very strict so far and really don't want to dump so I'm tryin to stick with the good stuff.
  15. Has anyone had Hormel turkey no bean chili?
  16. Tonight is my first night home and I'm still really uncomfortable. What was the best way you found sleeping? A chair? Half sitting up in bed? Any tricks are welcome. I just want to get comfortable thanks

  18. I'm up late and can't fall asleep! I have to be up in 4 hours to get ready to go to the hospital. My surgery is the first one in the morning. My mind is just running. I'm just hoping for some peaceful sleep tonight. Goodnight all
  19. What are some things you brought to the hospital year you did not need and some other things you wished you would have brought. I'm having my surgery in the morning and I'm blanking out on what to bring.
  20. Thanks ready 2 smile and feeling lika cow! Youhave no idea how much that just helped me. I've been so nervous and reading everyone's complications I forgot there are people who do just wonderful as well. That really calmed me down. Thanks a million
  21. You guys will be On my mind tomorrow. I am also having surgery tomorrow at 7:30 AM. I have to be at the hospital at 6 AM. Nervous excited and anxious just ready to get this done and start my new life. Please post or message me when you are able to let me know how you are. It's all I can think about today and you will all be in my prayers. Good luck.
  22. I'm sorry to just start off with tmi but has anyone else has extremely bad runs from the pre op liquid diet. In afraid to leave my house because I won't have a bathroom near by. I don't know if its the protein mic or the 1% milk or what. I'm just having a really bad go of it.
