Egg drop soup

Is this a no no. I'm told I can have eggs and i figure its just eggs and broth but I would like to know from some of you. I've been very strict so far and really don't want to dump so I'm tryin to stick with the good stuff.

It's perfectly fine!

You know it's funny that all drs are different the day I go for my post op visit 1 week after surgery your spost to do a egg test to cook an egg scramble or boil it mush it up very fine and eat it before you go to appointment that day and tell how you did eating it and how much you were able to eat comfortably of it and if you were able to keep it down

Question has anyone heard of or used any Walden Farm products they are Zero calories carb fat and no sugar

I get emails from walden Farms often. It all looks good but I've never tried any yet.

I have when I was doing weight watchers and everybody in the meeting loved it and recommended the products to try especially the dressings.
