Liquid diet runs

I'm sorry to just start off with tmi but has anyone else has extremely bad runs from the pre op liquid diet. In afraid to leave my house because I won't have a bathroom near by. I don't know if its the protein mic or the 1% milk or what. I'm just having a really bad go of it.

    Yes I'm on day 12 of opifast.. I have the same effect. I see it as we are getting cleaned out before surgery day.
