i have no energy

Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can get more energy. I am so exhausted by lunch time its not funny. I go to bed around 8 pm. Need to be up by 5 am. I have had my follow up for anemia 2 weeks ago and all my numbers were fantastic. I don't know who to talk to. Maybe its depression. If you guys have any energy tricks I would love to hear them. Or suggestions of which Dr i should talk to. Bariatric surgeon, hematologist, or psych.

When I exercise I have tons of energy, so I exercise 7 days a week :)

I am 4 weeks post op and also have no energy. My doctor did blood work which all came back normal. I just want my energy back.

You should supplement with protein.. My uncle who had bypass told me that if you don't get enough protein you will be so tired it will feel like a anchor is tied to your butt.

I agree. I had the same energy drop after surgery talked to my surgeon and he asked If I was exercising. Of course the answer was no. He told me to walk fast enough to be able to talk but not sing 20-30 mins a day. I did and no more energy issues!

I'm 6 months out. If i do not get most of my protien and water in i am really tired. But if i get it in I feel great. I also work 10 hours a day.
