  11. I had a revision to my first RNY in June and I didn't tell anyone. Beside my Bestfriend, mom and husband. I only took a week off so I didn't tell my employer just took vacation. Mine mainly out of embarrassment since I feel somewhat like a failure since this is my 2nd go round. If a few good friends asked and I just said I was having something repaired on my stomach. I have kept it really low key.

  15. I was 6 days post op on July 4th.... My husband cooked ribs, burgers, hot dogs and corn on the grill. The smell was overwhelming and you couldnt go anywhere without smelling it. I was on liquids. I went upstairs and tried to take a nap! That was not fun! But I made it. So I can relate! Congratulations on the sleep and I'm jealous of the sleeping in!

  19. I'm post op 4 weeks today also! This was a revision for me. Original RNY was in 2004. To date I've lost 17lbs. I still have mental cravings but I'm bound and determined to get this weight off and keep it off for a lifetime!! Congratulations on your success!!
