  1. My biggest challenge is getting all my Vitamins and Supplements in. In the past three months I found these wonderful all natural very soluble Vitamins and Supplements my favorite is called "Greens" I prefer "Greens on the Go". You get 8+servings of fruits and veggies. That's exceptionally helpful all you do is mix with your favorite juice, smoothie or water it also gives you a natural energy boost. The Vitamins I take are very soluble and easy on the stomach. The bariatric vitamins took me way too long to chew and dissolve. 8. Honestly, I wouldn't consider it pain just a little discomfort. I often had to remind myself and still do just how major my surgery was. Like I said considering a lot I've heard and read, Im truly blessed to have literally have "NO" complications.
  9. It doesn't seem like 4wks ago I had my surgery. No nausea, gas, pain, or anything I was told to expect. Eating with ease...still a challenge on getting all my proteins down but I manage.Cravings went from a 10 to a 1. 27lbs lost so far. Absolutely the best decision I could have made. No regrets. Looking forward to months ahead. Very grateful for a smooth process.
