  1. I love to measure out two tablespoons and eat it with a tiny spoon in the evening as a snack. At only 45 calories and 5g p it's a great year with no guilt. I love it also in a banana smoothie

  3. Very normal thoughts to be frightened and nervous....and sprinkled on top are feeling of excitement and hope:) I was terrified of surgery....and off giving up food, well giving it up the way I ate it....I am so pleased I finally had surgery...it took me a very long time to get here

As we January sleevers get further out from our surgery date is anyone else thinking about the honeymoon period ending and the 6 month"window", I realize I will have to amp my exercise up and weight loss cannot continue at this pace but previous posts have me a bit apprehensive about what to expect. I still have a large chunk of weight to lose .....
  5. I am going to try f layouts....high in protein...low in calories
  6. I've met plenty of people in my support group at the hospital who have lost All the excess weight they needed to lose. Some took longer than others too get there. I think the sleeve will continue to grow in popularity due to positive results and les side effects than bb or the banding. By the way....I think your weight loss is very good....keep it up!

  11. I am the same...I've always gotten some form of gratification from watching cooking shows, during recipes on the internet and reading cookbooks.....
  12. I am now finally seeing the scale move down again.....after a short stall. Down 82 lbs since surgery on January 21, 92 lbs intotal. The sleeve gives me the restriction I need.
  13. I lost my biggest chunk of weight at about 3 months post op. 25 lbs in the month of april
  14. I just broke a two week stall with one lb lost!
  15. What an accomplishment! I am looking forward to meeting that goal as well!
  16. I am at about 1000 calories daily, on average at 4 months out. I am getting 70 g p daily. I think you won't bottom out your metabolism by eating very low amounts of calories and your hair won't fall out.

  19. I would prefer to eat my own kale chips..les calories than trader Joe's but I bet theirs taste better than mine
  20. I was in for 4 days but I had adhesions removed and two hernias repaired....I would have went home after the but I was struggling big time with fluids
  21. I've been stalled for a week or so....not worried. I know it's my body catching up.....
