It is hard to do but somehow I have ever since I last wrote this. It even took a day or so to sink in after my man told me this. Sometimes the truth hurts but it helped in this case. I also came to realize I am paying a **** ton of money on this and why just waste it.

So it’s 8pm and I just realized that the only thing I have eaten today was a bag of turkey bites and a protein bar. These past 2 weeks or so I have just been eating for no apparent reason. I am not sure how to stop the boredom eating. I’m pretty sure that is how I ended up this big. My boyfriend out of all people brought it to my realization because we got into an argument and he said it seems like all you want to do is eat and lay around. Reality sat in and it actually made me cry. I am responsible for 50% of my surgery bill and I feel like I am throwing money out the window. I am not mad at him he just put it out there. Well I got on the scale and yes I have been just eating since I am up 10 lbs. I pretty much just went back to my old ways and ate carbs and felt sick every day because of it. I have also eaten for no reason and when I am not hungry. I can’t just eat when I am not hungry because it turns into over eating or making bad choices. I also notice I feel pretty weak so I ordered some protein off line and been drinking more hopefully this kicks my ass back into gear…

I started this journey in October 2012 and now its June 2013 and I am down 100 lbs.... It wasn't easy either I have made a lot of mistakes somewhere daily but I kept my focus worked out, even when I made bad choices I didn't let them affect me the rest of the day like I have done in the past. I have done weight watchers, counting calories and nutri system and have never lost much or stuck to something so hard. At first I felt like this was wrong because I was dropping weight fast and that I couldn't do it on my own before. Well I couldn't do it on my own I needed help and I found it and I will never look back on those 100 lbs or bring them with me to future. This is the best choice that I have ever made and I would do again if I had too... This has changed my life and I can’t wait to lose the next 75 lbs! :wub:

It depends on the company you work for. My sleeve was only covered at 50% I just call yesterday and my tummy tuck is covered at 100% with Blue Care Network of MI.

Normally when your BMI is over 50 you don't have to do the supervised diet. It depends on how fast you want to do it and when the DR is avaible. They could do it within two weeks of your diet.

The pain is worth it... lol You will be shocked at how fast you start losing. Good luck, its not bad at all.

If it's a full liquid your Dr Office should tell you. But on mine I ate low fat cottage cheese, sugar free jello/ pudding, instant oatmeal, strained soups.

Post op I did one week of full liquids and on day 7 clear liquids than surgery. Well I am only 1 week post op, so far this week I was on liquids meaning things you can see though, I meet with my Dr tomorrow and he said i will start full liquids like cottage cheese, instant oatmeal, pudding, applesauce. But each doctor is different. I also felt a little overwhelmed. What is your reason behind not doing it?

I also use the Synteax Nectar or Matrix the chocolate is pretty good. Mix it with milk the fruit punch is nasty its so tart. Bariactric choice is normally where i order mine.
