I have tried it just in one of my choc protein shakes with milk and it was good. I have heard that you can put 2 tbsp in a container of plain greek yogurt with a packet of artificial sweetener and the claim is that it tastes like a Reeses! That sounds like a stretch but I bought the yogurt and will try this weekend.

I don't have any good recipes for you, but I have to say, that stuff has been a real help to me. It's like a major treat. I just whip some up, cut up and apple, and have that for a snack.

I love to measure out two tablespoons and eat it with a tiny spoon in the evening as a snack. At only 45 calories and 5g p it's a great year with no guilt. I love it also in a banana smoothie
