Hey all,   I havent posted in a while so here i go.... I love my sleeve but i find myself enjoying food more than i thought i would.... Hi I have a question. I am curious if any one crush their multivitamins and probiotic pills from bariatric advantage.... I try to chew 2 vitamins in the morning per instruction and always feel like i want to vomit when i start chewing and swallowing. I am not sure why i feel sooo nauseus when i take the vitamins. Hi, I am on stage 2 soft foods but not allowed to have any fruits until stage 3 which is in 2 more weeks. I am entering my 5th week post-op but really want to add fruit to my water. I like crystal light but sometimes it tastes too sweet. I think my taste buds have changed. I thought about buying lemon flavored crystal light but havent because i want to use a real lemon... . Good Morning,   Just curious if anyone is experiencing leg pain. I am down 23lbs as of yesterday but i have noticed that my legs hurt alot. I have not started execising regularly but have walked on the treadmill a couple of times since i had surgery Dec 28. Is this normal?? Any suggestions on how to handle this in the future. I feel great other than leg pain. Im not sure if im not moving enough during the day or if something else is going on. Thanks for any advice   TD41

Hello All, I just want to share i was sleeved Dec. 28. I am on my last week of clear liquid diet and have lost 23lbs!!! This by far is a great exhilirating feeling and brings a huge to my face. To top it all off i was able to slide on a pair of one of my favorite jeans that i hadnt worn in almost 2 years without a problem(Toot Toot Beep Beep) lol. Just excited! Hi Everyone,   I am 2 weeks out post-op. I have one more week on clear liquid diet then i start phase 2 (soft foods)... I must admit i am nervous about starting foods since i havent had any in over a month if you add the 2 weeks pre-op diet but i know i have to eat!!! I cant believe i actually have very little desire to eat food because prior to surgery food was constantly on my mind(lol) Well my question is which yogurt has more protein greek or yoplait??? I have never tried Greek yogurt

Good Afternoon,   Just curious has any one experienced head/ear congestion since being sleeved??? I am 9 days post-op and i wake up every daywith head congestion, ears feeling clogged etc. I find it odd considering that i have no other symptoms of a cold/allergies. Also, for the first few days of being home i constantly had dried blood in my nose or fragments whenever i would blow. I find myself constantly sniffing trying to clear up the drainage??? Hello everyone.... I had my surgery on Dec 28th. I am 6 days post op and literally feel like im starving. I am drinking water and getting down one protein shake but for the last 2 days hunger pains are out of this world!!! Is this normal i am scheduled to be on a liquid-diet for 3 weeks and i didnt expect to feel like im starving 6 days post op. Its hard to get down3 protein shakes because the taste isnt the greatest since i had the surgery but i am concerned for another reason. I came home
