GLUTEN FREE/LOW CARBS GREAT TASTING PROTEIN BARS

Hello,

I am trying to get more protein in my daily food. I am looking for protein bars that are gluten frree, low carbs/sugar, high protein. Its extremely hard to get the 60-80 grams of protein in and i need help. Please let me know which if any protein bars are out there that falls in the guidelines stated above. Thanks :)

QUEST protein bars are AMAZING and fit your specifications exactly! Chris Powell of Exteme Makeover: Weight Loss Edition suggested them on his web site since he is gluten intolerant. They have 20 g of protein and about 5 g of carbs, low sugar. My faves are the Peanut Butter and also the almond vanilla crunch. Pricey... about $3.50 per bar, but so worth it!

I second Quest Bars. Delicious warmed up for 5-10 seconds in the microwave...they taste like dessert! I love the Cinnamon Roll one. And there is a new cookie dough one out that is suppose to be amazing! You can do to their website or Facebook page and get a couple of free samples.

I agree with the recommendation on Quest bars. The coconut one is really good and it is also high in fiber. :-)
