Leg pain

Good Morning,

Just curious if anyone is experiencing leg pain. I am down 23lbs as of yesterday but i have noticed that my legs hurt alot. I have not started execising regularly but have walked on the treadmill a couple of times since i had surgery Dec 28. Is this normal?? Any suggestions on how to handle this in the future. I feel great other than leg pain. Im not sure if im not moving enough during the day or if something else is going on. Thanks for any advice :)

You might need to talk to your doctor about that. I remember my doctor asking me if I had any pain in my legs. Good luck and I hope it gets better soon.

The leg pain could be from doing too much on the treadmill if you are just starting out using it. I know when I push myself too hard on the treadmill my shins ache. Try going slower or sometimes I speed up then slow down during my walk. Hope it's nothing serious. Way to go with the weight loss!
