FEBRUARY SLEEVERS 2013....how you doing after you've been Sleeved
Just wondering how many calories everyone is now consuming and what everyone is eating???? I am taking in about 900-1000 calories a day and eating just about anything except pasta and some bread products. Still losing weight and working out at least 3 days a week.

movie snacks
My husband and I go to the movies a lot and the snacks there are NOT healthy at all. Sometimes I will treat myself to some popcorn but am looking for other ideas that I can bring with me. Let me know your suggestions, thanks.

flabby inner arms and thighs
Down 50 lbs, do cardio and strength training at least 3-4 times a week but my inner arms and inner thighs are so flabby. Any ideas how to tighten them up a bit?

FEBRUARY SLEEVERS 2013....how you doing after you've been Sleeved
went shopping today at Kohls, started out in the women's section as I am used to doing but when I tried things on they were way too big. Had to hit the regular size section, amazing b/c I don't remember the last time I could do that. Its crazy how much more they have in regular sizes. Feels great!

- post op
post op, a weight loss surgery photo album by Sky61777 on BariatricPal. 3 photos in Member Photo Gallery.- six weeks post op, when to introduce bread type foods?
I have been told no pasta or rice until 4-6 months post op. However, when can I introduce crackers, bread? What was everyone else eating at six weeks post op?- In need of nighttime snack ideas
I am four weeks post op. I still have my sweet tooth at night and am looking for ideas. I have been having sf ice pops, sf fudgsicles, sf pudding but still feel hungry. Any suggestions?- So hungry at night
I feel so hungry at night. I have tried ice pops, fudgesicles, pudding but it only helps a little. Any ideas for someone with a sweet tooth that will satisfy me and fill me up? Saw a cheesecake recipe I am going to try but more suggestions would be helpful. Thanks. BTW I am only four weeks post op- FEBRUARY SLEEVERS 2013....how you doing after you've been Sleeved
3/5 will be one month since my surgery. I am down 21 pounds, weight loss has stalled this past week. I am between soft foods and regular foods. Nothing has bothered me. Have been able to eat dinner with my family and go out to eat too (there are a lot of left overs in the fridge). Only eating between 1/4 and 1/2 cup of food at a time. I am not overly tired and am getting in all of my protein. Still difficult getting all liquids in. I still have difficulty telling when I am full. I do feel hungry and then I know I need to eat. Get very hungry at night. Start the gym on Monday.- stalled......frustrated!
I was losing a pound a day then nothing. Been stuck at the same number all week. Getting frustrated and discouraged. What am I doing wrong?- Dr Mehul Trivedi Albany NY
BTW, two great apps that I found: My fitness pal: records all of your meals, all nutritional information, weight. Bodylog: keep track of all your measurements, take a picture everytime you record and compare - post op
