  1. so glad this is the past. what a trauma you and your child have suffered through. wishing you happiness!
  2. this was my most panic post op. the hospital kept me an extra day for to my inability to drink. it is due to all the selling and every day Will get easier. spacedust is right...little sips. i drink 48 to 60 oz with no issues at all. it gets better! push yourself gently...
  3. i have been at both ends of this spectrum. ive always enjoyed the attention i received.....it always made me feel very confident. that said, i did not appreciate the disgusting creatures that were lewd to me.....
  4. i have a little sour stomach which is completely managed by 20 mg of omezaprole. for a couple weeks i doubled that.....my only side effect!

  7. i feel guilty of i don't measure my food and perhaps maybe....just maybe go over the amount ..both physically and calories i should be eating. i have great resistance with the sleeve but never great fear i Will stretch it out . i was in nyc for business and are more than usual yesterday.....i wasnt going to get on the scale till Monday in case i gained ( lost 3 lbs) i wish i could lose the guilt and other issues with food, control...etc....
  8. i have that sort of weight loss. lose lose lose....then stable or even go up alb or two. then again. i guessing the body needs time to adjust.......

  12. i am always surprised when a thread posted someone off that isn't meant to offend....i appreciate honesty and openness.....are we supposed to just write about the good stuff? for the original post....be careful..... i think everything in moderation. hopefully the sleeve can give you the strength to indulge once in a while and not too much.
  13. Sorry aussie.... recently lost my beloved father to a long illness......so sorry you lost your dad....((hugs)) i guess we call it "a tool" because it's not the end all cure to obesity. i understand your frustration over the phrase......
  14. most can enjoy all the foods post op they loved pre op, just smaller portions. you will eat smaller bites, chew longer and probably enjoy conversation in between bites. don't fret

  18. yum...sounds great. to cut back on calories i use p b 2, 2 T is 45 calories and 45 calories. i love p b 2
  19. i an 100 says post op today and just started losing hair....just started biotin too...not gonna sweat it too much since it will grow back
  20. there are surgeries to help with excess skin...but i don't think you will have significant skin due your height / weight.....
  21. please don't be embarrassed! first all please seek help before alcohol does your body permanent damage. second of all your post is very important to all the members here as a reminder to be diligent about cross addiction. i wish you well...please get help!
  22. if you are losing at that rate and it's consistent rate i think that's great. are you exercising? if you aren't add that tho the equation that will kick it up...if you are eating 2000 calories won't screw up your metabolism forever and that seems realistic....add some exercise to about weight loss and it may be slow los but it's steady and probably healthier than the rapid weight loss..
