  1. i received a private message from this person asking if she could send me 12zillion pounds from the uk. ok...maybe i am exaggerating...it was 12 million. she has cancer...she has two children...and she wants me to hold the money for them.....so she is among for my bank details so she can send me money....wow i would never post negative about a member on here...ever but she not a real member.....i really don't think anyone would fall for this story but who knows if pain meds or stress of what we are going thru could lead us to a poor decision....some of us have big hearts here.... i reported them btw
  2. i did get close to 60 g of p till a month out...my hair hasn't fallen out and i am losing weight...all in good time....u Will make it up...i am 7 weeks out and getting all my protein and fluids
  3. anytime you have anesthesia there that paperwork.......you will be fine..i am also an anxious person.....the anticipation far worse than surgery
  4. i have heard of people gaining weight back.....not all but an amount that sets in panic. i think the way to avoid this is try to eatdense protein...avoid sliders and things like Starbucks frappucinos! i know i could around sleeve even at 7 weeks out. i know i Will always avoid high calorie junk

  8. so far i can everything i have tried at 7 works out but i am following plan and am not attempting anything not recommended....i am looking forward to more vegetablesvegetables and a salad. did however get way too full last night on a boca burger and 2 tiny sprigs of broccoli and had the worst pressure my first encounter with sliming. maybe i ate too fast

  10. don't be discouraged by people who weigh 50, 100 lbs more than your start weight.....big people may lose larger amounts each week first....but shows down for most. i wish my start weight 230, i wish i would started this 10 years so when i weighed much,which to me now seems Like such a better weight. i wouldn't mind slower if i was a bmi....lower bmis seem to goal faster and your goals are probably than mine. my goal is 165,the charts say my goal should be 130, plus i will need plastics at the end of this......i probably wouldn't if i weighed 230, i am just excited the further i get away from 300 ! great source of protein without carbs friendship brand 1percent cottage cheese at 16 g 1/2 cup 90 call
  11. i grieved hard the first days post op...i am afood addict...it tastes good....i love to eat.... instant comfort....i to celebrate...to do something when out am bored....
  12. i think bmi dictates how quickly we use. i was concerned because my friend who has gastric bypass and make lost lot than me......i uld be happy with staff 10 lbs Per month
  13. medifast bars are 11 gp and only 110calories and they don't bother me

  16. made my vegetarian chili with tvp and it was really good........i also finely grated carrot...ifeel like i am needing vegetables and i am only 7 months .....ilove the carrot..sweetens the chili as litttle

  18. i just had,2 eggwhites and 2 T very cooked onion and green pepper with salsa....full....but not in pain. am 7 weeks out.
  19. medifast chocolate pudding has 14 g protein made h water per serving...110 calories...serving are small....if you combined that with milk and pb 2 (using a third of the pudding) you could get it up to 15 or so grams p. i use over moon milk 11 g p per cup
  20. for me i or hiccup when full...i try not to go to the place where i have pressure in throat
  21. i medifast barb b q bites. 11 g protein, 110 calories and a lot of crunch. they take awhhile taste good..
  22. transfer addiction.....we have addictive personalities.....some transfer to shopping,sex,alcohol....even exercise....it's to know this we can all aware

  24. you may not feel restriction but we you hungry after that meal? how long did you take to eat that . did you eat over a bit of time? keep the carbs away and concentrate on protein and veg
