First day of mushies

So I was so excited to start mushies today.. I had it all planned out, but it turned out not as satisfying as I thought it would be. I started with a scrabbled egg some cheese. I ate slow and with ever bite I sat there wondering how I should feel. First I felt nothing, then I felt like I had to burp, then after getting to my next to last bite I said "self you can't eat anymore". I wasn't able to eat my fruit. WOW 1/2 egg and I walk away from the table as if it is nothing. Food is so overrated. I am glad I was able to keep it down, but I did have to relax after I ate but I think that is pretty good for not eating in 3 weeks. Its about 45min later and I feel good.. Baby steps, Baby Steps... I was glad to keep the egg down, because I need to cut back on some of these protein shakes they are starting to taste terrible to me...
