  1. Try Bolthouse Farms yogurt dressing as a mayo substitute. It comes in a lot of flavors and has only 45 calories for 2 tablespoons. It's in the refrigerated section of the produce department.
  2. I never heard about the awful 2 and 3 week post op issue. But reading about it just now I'm relieved I'm not alone. I'm in week 3 after surgery and have been depressed lately. This diet is hard and I want to eat what I used to! It's hard eating lunch with co-workers who, of course, are eating regular food. Today, one of my co-workers was eating a king-size Snickers and I found myself thinking, "Hey, I could take her!" (Just kidding). ** sigh **
