Thanks this sounds delicious!! I used to love mayo before my surgery. I could eat it on bread all by itself. Now I can't even stand the smell of mayo. I will have to try this out!! Thanks again

I just wanted to thank each and every one of you for your incredible inspirational stories! You help me when I feel down. I had my sleeve done June 2012. After a year I am down from 308 to 168. I will never miss those 140 lbs. I lost another person!!! I am proud of myself but I am also so proud of each and every one of you! You're all an inspiration to me! Today is my year Surgeversary! I have lost about 135 lbs to date! I could not be more proud of my accomplishments. I am grateful for my family, my friends and especially the love of my life! They have helped me succeed in my journey. Before my surgery you would never catch me in a bikini! I am now proud of how I look!

I think you are all doing an incredible job! Since I am more of a veteran, it's just over 10 months for me, I can say keep up the good work! I am down to 178 from 308. Never say you "only" lost this much or that much weight because you should be proud! No one said this journey was going to be easy but it is definitely worth it! I promise! Thank you so much! I love shopping! It's an awesome feeling asking if they have a size medium shirt in the back or a size 10 short or pants! I loved going summer clothes shopping and buying bikinis for vacation with my boyfriend! I used to wear a 24 and a size 3x shirt! Yeah I really need to focus on other things besides the number on the scale! Thank you for the support!
