Ummm sushi! One of my fav foods. There is a local restaurant that makes it fresh and does custom orders, I am hoping they have something low-carb I can enjoy then!

I am only 9days postop but I know exactly what you are talking about. One day it's one thing then the next day it's something completely different. Everything that you mentioned sounds pretty normal so far, if any thing concerns you too much you can always call your dr or your nut and se what they say. To be honest finding this place has helped am a lot!!

Mine does that too if I drink to fast, but I am still on all liquids till Saturday, then I get semi-solids and purees.

Peoples reactions to weight loss surgery
I told everyone I could, but I also work in a call center. And because everyone where I work is inactive most of the time there was actually a bunch of other people who already had the surgery. For the most part everyone was happy and excited for me. The only part I am worried about is when I go back, I don't want everyone watching what I eat when I go back.......

Feb 18th..starting preop diet tomorrow!
The no smoking part was the hardest for me, I am 9days post op today and I still think about a cig every now and then. But it is getting better every day! Keep up the great work, I am sure you will make it!!
