I'm on my second day, does anyone know any tricks in getting down the water. The shake is going down but the water want enter my stomach

    Try warm water or broth. I could no do shakes for days. Warm helped me a lot!!!

    I used water flavor packs (like crystal light) as long as it wasn't plain water I was fine
