6 Month sleeveversary!

6 months ago today I had my sleeve surgery. I couldn't be happier with the results! I am down 90 lbs and I am so much happier and healthier! In celebration I am taking my sister and two firends to a seminar to help them make the same life changing choice! The gift that keeps on giving LOL!

    Thank you! My only advice would be throw your scale out the window and give yourself a break lol! You will see plenty of post here with astronomical results. Don't compare yourself! Just trust your body to loose at a pace healthy for you and remember it isn't a sprint, it is a marathon! Good luck to you!
